We want you to love ClassFactor. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms — simple and fair.

Every ClassFactor account starts on the Free plan — no credit card required. We encourage you to explore the Services fully before upgrading, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you upgrade to a paid plan and aren’t satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment — no questions asked.
The guarantee applies to your first paid subscription period only.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Annual plans
Annual plans are eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but will not renew if cancelled before the next billing date.
How to request a refund
Email billing@classfactor.com from the address on your account, or reach out via our Contact page. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
